Presentation instructions

General recommendation

The workshop gathers researchers from different disciplines and career stages, including master students, who may have little familiarity with some of the presented topics.

For this reason, feel free to be as educational as you deem fit in your presentation.

Time

  • 40' for keynote talks (incl. 5' Q&A)
  • 30' for invited talks (incl. 5' Q&A)
  • Selected talks:
    • 20' for PhD/Postdoc (incl. 5' Q&A)
    • 15' for Master students (incl. 3' Q&A)

Equipment

  • Bring your own laptop for the presentation, we will provide you a laptop to present anyway, if needed.
  • The room has a videoprojector Epson EB-U04 with HDMI and VGA connection.
  • Preferred presentation aspect ratio: 16:9.

Power sockets and plug converters

In France, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type E and C are used. The standard voltage is 230 V at a frequency of 50 Hz.
